Abstract:  This document defines the Project Management Manual for the DREAM project. The aim of the document is to provide an overall management guideline for the DREAM Consortium to ensure the effective implementation of the project. This deliverable describes the management structure, decision making mechanisms, project communications, documentation and reporting procedure, dissemination guidelines, and procedure for timely preparation of deliverables. It will serve as a guide for the DREAM Consortium to understand the management framework, to clarify the responsibilities of partners, to establish effective cooperation, and to ensure the high quality of project outcomes. This document should be used as a reference by the project coordinator and all project partners.
